Day 1: Pick up & transfer to Murchison Falls Park
You will arrive at Entebbe International airport Uganda, meet and greet your driver guide from African Apes Tours & Travel. He/she will introduce you to the flow of the itinerary and thereafter embark on a drive to Murchison Falls. You will have a brief enroute stop at ZZiwa rhino sanctuary the only home for rhinos in Uganda. Proceed to Masindi town for lunch and refreshment. In the afternoon, drive to Murchison Falls Park via Budongo forest, home to numerous primates and birds
Day 2: Game viewing & launch cruise
Rise up very early and go for morning game drives to catch up with early risers hunting and grazing. The game drives in the savannahs of Murchison Falls offer you great views of various wild animals such as Elephants, lions, bushbucks, waterbucks, Oribis, Topis, Hartebeests, Giraffes, Buffalos, Uganda kobs, Antelopes and elands among others. Return to the lodge for late breakfast and relax as you wait for hot lunch. In the afternoon, join a boat cruise down to the bottom of Murchison Falls National Park. The cruise offers you a fresh feeling of cold breezes as you witness the permanent rainbow at the bottom of the falls. Experience how the strong waters squeeze through a narrow gorge dropping 43 meters deep to form the mighty waterfalls. The banks of the river shelter lots of crocodiles, monitoring lizards and several bird species such as Abyssinian ground hornbill, Malachite Kingfisher, Goliath Heron, Blue headed coucal, Ginat Kingfisher, Long toed plover, Black headed lapwing, shoebill stork, and Mrabou stork among others.
Day 3: Return to Kampala
On this last day of our 3 Days tour, you may have a n optional morning game drive to see those animals you may have missed the previous day. Have a relaxed sunrise breakfast at your lodge, check out and drive back to Kampala for your connecting flight
