Day 1: Pick up & transfer to Serengeti National Park
Your driver guide from African Apes Tours & Travel will pick you from the airport or your hotel in Arusha and get ready for a dive to Serengeti National Park located in northern Tanzania. Serengeti National park is Tanzania‘s most visited park famous to its annual wildebeest migration accompanied with thousands of zebras and Thompson gazelles. The drive time from Arusha to Serengeti is roughly 6 – 7 hours but the scenic views along the way is worth the drive
Day 2: Game Viewing & Masai community visit
Wakeup up very early and go for game drives in the savannahs of Serengeti National Park. The park is home to numerous wild animals which include Wildebeests, Zebras, Thompson gazelles, giraffes, Impalas, Elans, Waterbucks, Warthogs, Lions, Leopards, Rhinos and Cheetahs among others. You will enjoy seeing the predators hunting down their preys as they hide and run. Return to the lodge for refreshment and in the afternoon visit the Masai cultural villages for a cultural performance.
Day 3: Transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Enjoy your last moments in Serengeti National park. Have a relaxed breakfast, check out and drive out of the park headed to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive time between these two parks is roughly 4 hours. Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing at your lodge n Ngorongoro Crater
Day 4: Full day in Ngorongoro
You will spend this whole day exploring the beauty and hidden gem in Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Guided game drives offer you great views of wild animals such as large herds of elephants, lions, Buffalos, giraffes, Cheetahs, wildebeest, antelopes, Thompson gazelles, Waterbucks, Jackals, Hippos Rhinos and Leopards among others. The best spots for game viewing in Ngorongoro crater is at the shores of carter lakes where animals tend to gather for drinking water in the hot sun. Day 5: Departure
Enjoy your morning sleep and have a relaxed sunrise breakfast at your lodge. You will then drive out of Ngorongoro and transfer to Arusha city to catchup with your flight
